The Clinician Edge LLC (“TCE,” “we,” “our”) operates theclinicianedge.com. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide: When you register for a course, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, professional credentials, and clinic affiliation. Payment card details are collected and processed exclusively by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Information collected automatically: We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how clinicians use the site. These tools collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type) only after you consent via our cookie banner.
2. How we use your information
- Process course registrations and send confirmation emails
- Send the newsletter you subscribed to (unsubscribe anytime)
- Improve the site experience via anonymized analytics
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
3. Information sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional and newsletter emails
- Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity — anonymized site analytics (consent-gated)
- Google Cloud Platform — infrastructure hosting
4. Cookies and consent
We use a small set of analytics cookies, loaded only after you accept via our cookie banner. We implement Google Consent Mode v2. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
5. Data retention
Registration records are retained for 7 years for CEU audit purposes. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights

7. Security
HTTPS encryption, access-controlled cloud infrastructure, OWASP practices. Payments handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1).
