These terms govern your use of theclinicianedge.com and registration for courses operated by The Clinician Edge LLC.

1. Eligibility

Courses are open to licensed or student PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, ATCs, DCs, and DOs.

2. Registration and payment

Registrations confirmed upon successful Stripe payment. Prices in USD include CEU fees.

3. Cancellation and refunds

30+ days before: full refund minus $50 admin fee. Under 30 days: credit at TCE discretion. No-shows: no refund. TCE may cancel for low enrollment (full refund).

4. Liability

By registering you acknowledge techniques are practiced under supervision and you assume responsibility for clinical application.

5. CEU credits

Awarded by MCTA. Verify acceptance with your state board before registering.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials are copyrighted. Personal clinical reference only.
